Deputy Director (HR) at its Headquarters, G-5/2 Islamabad. Eligible professionals with relevant education

Position Details

Educational Background

• Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education.
• Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent.
• All degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience

• Preferably 6 years of experience in public sector reform, policy development, or strategic planning.
• Experience in well-known organizations will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives including restructuring, role profiling, and competency framework development.
• Facilitate process reviews aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support leadership teams in managing change and HR interventions.
• Design and implement training plans to address competency and performance gaps.
• Oversee training program development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Manage learning systems and ensure compliance with training standards.
• Promote continuous learning culture across the organization.
• Lead implementation of Performance Management System (PMS).
• Ensure consistent application of performance assessment processes.
• Design employee engagement strategies and surveys.
• Review and update HR policies and guidelines.
