Position 01 – Wing Head (ADC / VP / SVP)
| Reporting To | Divisional Head – Systems & Solutions |

| Qualification | Minimum Bachelor’s (16 Years) in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent (Master’s preferred) |
| Experience | Minimum 08 years (04 years in leadership role) |
| Key Expertise | Digital banking platforms, core banking, APIs, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, ADC technologies |
Position 02 – Unit Head (Back Office Applications Operations – AVP / VP)
| Reporting To | Wing Head – Allied Applications Operations & Support |

| Qualification | Bachelor’s (16 Years) in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent |
| Experience | Minimum 06 years (03 years in operations/support role) |
| Key Expertise | Back-office applications, EOD processes, banking operations, SLA management |
Position 03 – IT Application Support Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
| Reporting To | Team Lead – Back Office Applications Operations |
|---|---|
| Qualification | Bachelor’s (16 Years) in IT / Computer Science or equivalent |
| Experience | Minimum 03 years (01 year in application support) |
| Key Expertise | Application support, SQL scripts, EOD processes, banking IT operations |
