Under SHC&ME Department, PPSC is recruiting multiple faculty members for various teaching hospitals/medical
colleges in Punjab. These positions are usually on regular basis and governed by Punjab Health Department
(Specialists) Service Rules and PM&DC/PMC requirements. Candidates must possess the required
MBBS and postgraduate qualifications in relevant specialties with
experience as per rules.

General Eligibility & Instructions (All Posts)
- Candidates must have Punjab domicile (for provincial posts) and meet the age, qualification and experience criteria given in the advertisement.
- Qualifications must be from HEC / relevant councils recognized institutions (PM&DC/PMC, PEC, etc., where applicable).
- Equivalence of local/foreign qualifications must be certified by HEC or the concerned authority.
- Experience (where required) should be in relevant field and properly documented.
- Age will be calculated as on the closing date; general and special age relaxation will be applied as per Punjab Government/ PPSC rules.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test, interview and/or practical/typing tests (where applicable).
