Physical Standards for ASI / Corporal / Drivers

| Chest (Male) | Approx. 33″ – 35″ with required expansion as per official standards. |
|---|
| Weight | As per Body Mass Index (BMI) and height; overweight/underweight candidates can be declared unfit in medical. |
|---|
| Running Test (Male) | 1 mile run in maximum 7 minutes 30 seconds + 22 push-ups in 2 minutes + 22 sit-ups in 2 minutes. |
|---|
| Running Test (Female) | 1 mile run in maximum 10 minutes (other exercises as per ASF instructions). |
|---|
| Medical | Detailed medical examination after physical test (eyesight, hearing, blood pressure, etc.). Unfit candidates will be rejected. |

Age Relaxation (as per ASF Rules)
- Up to 15 years for retired / released personnel of the Armed Forces, subject to overall service record.
- Up to 10 years for government / contract employees with continuous service, as per rules.
- Additional relaxation for candidates from Sindh (Rural), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, GB and AJK as per federal policy.
- Children / family members of serving or retired ASF / Armed Forces personnel may get specific relaxation where admissible.
- Exact admissible relaxation will be counted as on the closing date of registration.

- Click on the ongoing advertisement for ASF Jobs 2025 – 664 Posts and create your account using CNIC and mobile number.
- Fill the online registration form carefully, selecting the desired post and entering personal, educational and experience details.
- Upload clear scanned copies of CNIC, recent photograph and educational documents as required.
- Submit the form online; no hard copy or manual application is required.
- After scrutiny, eligible candidates will be called for physical test. Roll number slip / test schedule will be uploaded on the same portal; keep visiting the website.
- Bring original CNIC, roll number slip and required documents when appearing in physical, written, skill tests and interview.
Government / semi-government employees must apply through proper channel and produce NOC at the time of interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for tests and interviews.
